ERP, Software Integration & AI Systems in Singapore

Owl Solutions is a Singapore systems integrator that installs the infrastructure and writes the software that runs on it. Our engineers deliver structured cabling, fibre-optic backbones, CCTV, access control and IoT; our developers build the ERP, integration and AI systems above them. Installation and development are not subcontracted — the team that designs your system delivers and supports it.

Our competitive advantage

We pull the cable. We write the code.

Most suppliers occupy one side of this work. Contractors install infrastructure and buy in software; software houses write applications and are rarely admissible on an operational site. Owl Solutions holds both positions, with installation crews and software developers employed in the same company — so responsibility runs unbroken from the containment on the ceiling to the reporting logic in your ERP.

Field engineering

Installed by our own crews

  • Structured cabling: CAT6, CAT6A and CAT7, containment, patching, dressed racks, certified link testing and labelled as-builts.
  • Fibre optics: single-mode and multi-mode backbones, our own fusion splicing and termination, OTDR and loss testing with results issued.
  • Security systems: IP CCTV, NVR and storage, door access, turnstiles and gates — mounted, cabled, configured and commissioned.
  • IoT and power: sensors, gateways, GPIO and relay wiring, plus electrical and solar works coordinated with licensed parties where the law requires it.
Software engineering

Programmed by our own developers

  • ERP: fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, custom modules, reporting, UAT and go-live support.
  • Integration: APIs, webhooks, middleware and queues joining ERP, CRM, WMS, POS, finance and Peppol e-invoicing.
  • AI and analytics: computer-vision pipelines, anomaly detection and model deployment, wired into the systems your team already uses.
  • Proven in production: OwlGuard and OwlAnywhere are our own products, written and supported by the same developers.

Where our position is genuinely uncommon

Four things that separate Owl Solutions from both the contractors and the software houses we are usually compared against.

01

One line of accountability

A single contract covers survey, installation, commissioning, integration, training and support. There is no interface between suppliers for a problem to fall into, and no dispute to arbitrate before work resumes.

02

Capability demonstrated, not asserted

OwlGuard and OwlAnywhere are production systems we specified, wrote and continue to support. Our development capability can be evaluated directly, rather than taken on the strength of a case study.

03

Manufacturer as well as integrator

We engineer our own CCTV hardware, so a specification is not constrained to what a distributor currently stocks. Where a site requirement is unusual, we are able to build toward it rather than around it.

04

Accredited for operational environments

BCA-registered contractor, certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001, and holding BizSafe Star. These are the credentials that determine admissibility to construction, industrial and institutional sites — and they are rare alongside an in-house software team.

Why this matters in practice. Where cabling, devices and software are supplied by separate companies, an intermittent fault becomes a question of attribution rather than resolution — and the schedule is held by the client while it is settled. A single delivery team removes that boundary: one contract, one commissioning record, one party answerable for the result.

Where a statutory licence is required — such as electrical works requiring a Licensed Electrical Worker — we coordinate with the appropriately licensed party. Equipment is sourced from established manufacturers, including our own Owl-engineered hardware.

Software, ERP & integration

Systems that talk to each other.

We implement, extend and connect the software layer so that information can be entered once, validated properly and reused across approved operational systems.

Design

Create a coordinated architecture across software, AI, devices, network and power, with trade-offs stated clearly.

Deliver

Install, configure, integrate and test. For contextual AI use cases, validate through a controlled pilot before scale-up.

Operate

Provide agreed documentation, training, maintenance, monitoring, response commitments and improvement cycles.

Sectors we serve

Practical integration across industries.

Solutions are adapted to each organisation’s operational requirements, site conditions, compliance obligations and existing technology estate.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common project questions.

Final scope, compatibility, performance, security controls and acceptance criteria are confirmed during project discovery and technical validation.

Do you subcontract your installation or software work?

No. Structured cabling, fibre optics, CCTV, access control and IoT installation are carried out by Owl Solutions crews, and ERP, integration and AI development is done by our own in-house developers. The team that designs a system delivers and supports it. Where a statutory licence is required, such as electrical works needing a Licensed Electrical Worker, we coordinate with the appropriate licensed party, and equipment is sourced from established manufacturers including our own Owl-engineered hardware.

Can you handle both the cabling and the software on the same project?

Yes, and this is how most of our projects run. We can survey the site, install containment, copper and fibre, mount and commission the cameras, controllers or sensors, then build the ERP, integration or analytics layer that uses the data those devices produce. One contract and one accountable team covers the physical and software scope, which removes the gap where cabling, hardware and software vendors normally blame each other.

Do you implement ERP systems, or only integrate with them?

Both. Owl Solutions supports full ERP implementation, including requirements mapping, fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing and go-live support. We can also retain an existing ERP and extend it through integrations, custom modules and reporting.

Can you connect our ERP to e-commerce, warehouse and accounting systems?

Yes. We build API, webhook, middleware, database and scheduled-file integrations between ERP, CRM, e-commerce, warehouse management, point-of-sale, HR, payment and accounting systems so information can move automatically and consistently.

Can you support InvoiceNow and Peppol e-invoicing in Singapore?

Yes. We can design finance and invoicing integrations that produce the required electronic documents and connect existing ERP or accounting workflows to suitable InvoiceNow and Peppol services.

Do you build custom software, and who owns the code?

We build custom web applications, internal portals, operations dashboards and automation tools. Ownership, licensing and third-party components are stated clearly in the project proposal and contract before development begins.

How is data protected during migration and integration work?

Access is limited to the approved project scope, credentials should be stored securely, and production data should be masked in test environments where practical. Detailed handling controls are agreed before any extract or system connection is used.

What happens after the system goes live?

Projects can include as-built documentation, handover training, response-time commitments, monitoring, maintenance and planned updates. The support scope is agreed according to the operational criticality of the system.

Can I monitor a remote site without a public IP address?

OwlAnywhere is designed for remote connectivity over suitable 4G or 5G services, including deployments behind network address translation. The final design depends on mobile coverage, latency, bandwidth and the equipment being connected.

Does OwlGuard work with existing cameras?

OwlGuard is a self-hosted browser-based video management platform designed to integrate with supported cameras and recorders. Compatibility is confirmed through model, firmware, protocol and stream testing before production rollout.

What video analytics can be added to existing CCTV?

Depending on camera position, image quality and site conditions, analytics may include people counting, intrusion, ANPR, loitering, PPE compliance, queue monitoring, smoke indicators and other operational events. A controlled pilot is recommended for site-specific use cases.

Do you also provide cabling, fibre, solar and electrical integration?

Yes. Owl Solutions provides structured cabling, fibre-optic networks, selected solar and electrical works, and the integration layer that connects these physical systems to software, monitoring and reporting platforms.
