Site survey and camera design
Coverage areas, camera positions, cabling routes, recording and network requirements are agreed before installation begins.
Owl surveys, cables, installs and commissions CCTV systems for commercial and industrial premises in Singapore, then connects them to the recording, remote viewing and video management your team will actually use.
What we deliver
A camera is only useful if the cabling, network, recording and viewing software behind it work together. Owl delivers all of them in one scope.
Coverage areas, camera positions, cabling routes, recording and network requirements are agreed before installation begins.
Camera systems, recorders and the structured cabling behind them, installed, labelled and tested by Owl's own field engineers.
OwlGuard brings live views, playback and events from every site into one browser workspace. For sites on 4G or 5G with no public IP, OwlAnywhere makes the cameras reachable.
Owl Portable CCTV covers temporary works and changing site layouts, with mobile connectivity, local recording and battery options.
People counting, intrusion, ANPR, queue and PPE detection on suitable camera views, piloted before wider rollout. See AI video analytics.
How we deliver
We walk the site with you, confirm what must be seen and recorded, and review existing devices, network conditions and power.
Camera positions, cabling routes, recording retention and viewing access are set out in a scope you approve.
Field engineers install and cable the system, then test it against the agreed acceptance criteria.
Documentation, user training and support commitments are delivered as defined in the project scope.

Common questions
It depends on the number and type of cameras, cabling distances and containment, how long footage must be kept, and whether existing equipment can be retained. Owl quotes after a site survey, so the price reflects the actual scope and not a per-camera estimate.
Yes, where the equipment is compatible and suitable. Discovery includes a review of your cameras, recorders, cabling and network before the scope is confirmed.
Yes. OwlGuard gives authorised users live view and playback from a browser, and OwlAnywhere connects cameras at sites on 4G or 5G that have no public IP address, without port forwarding. See how to view CCTV on 4G without a public IP.
CCTV footage of identifiable people is personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Organisations generally need to notify people that CCTV is operating and why, which is usually done with clear signage at entry points. Check the PDPC's advisory guidelines for your situation.
Since 1 June 2024, construction worksites with a contract value of S$5 million and above must install a video surveillance system under MOM's requirements. Read our guide to the MOM VSS requirements.
